Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                   
House consider the Senate message (page 4206) on the following at                                   
this time:                                                                                          
                                                                                                    
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 93(FIN)                                                                  
     "An Act relating to boating safety, registration, and numbering;                               
     extending the sunset date of changes in ch. 28, SLA 2000; and
